Key Responsibilities

- Client Ownership: Act as the dedicated point of contact for assigned clients, providing regular updates on order status, material readiness, and delivery timelines.

- Inspection Coordination: Proactively schedule and supervise marble measurements and inspections.

- Order Stewardship: Manage the flow of material from stock reservation to dispatch, ensuring that the material selected by the client is exactly what is processed and shipped.

- Financial Facilitation: Act as a smooth interface for milestone payment reminders, ensuring the client is always informed and documentation is processed without delay.

- Concierge Support: Manage high-end expectations with professionalism, resolving site-level queries, and ensuring the "unboxing" and installation experience meets our luxury brand promise.

- Complaint Management: Be the first responder for delivery issues (e.g., handling requests for replacements, finishing touch-ups, or logistical queries), ensuring quick and diplomatic resolution

- Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of client approvals, site measurements,



and delivery acknowledgments to protect the companys interests.

- NPS & Customer Advocacy: Execute the post-delivery feedback process by collecting and analyzing Net Promoter Score (NPS) data.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: 3–6 years in client-facing roles within luxury retail, high-end interiors, or premium real estate.

- Key Traits: Exceptional interpersonal skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to remain calm and skilled under the high-pressure demands of client’s requirements.

- NPS & Analytical Aptitude: Proven experience in managing customer feedback loops (NPS/CSAT). The ability to see feedback not just as a score, but as a roadmap for service recovery.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, basic understanding of project/logistics management, and clear written/verbal communication.

- DNA: A "problem-solver" mindset—you don’t just report a problem; you bring a solution to the client.
