About the Role
Dadu Medical Centre Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and organized Stock Manager to oversee inventory operations across our Rajouri Garden and Vasant Vihar branches. Candidates with a medical, healthcare, pharmacy, or hospital background will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain stock of medicines, consumables, and clinic supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement and purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/Excel.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of medical inventory.
- Track expiry dates and manage near-expiry stock.
- Coordinate stock transfers between branches as required.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Maintain compliance with company inventory policies and documentation.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Medical/Healthcare background preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in inventory/store management.
- Experience in hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, or healthcare organizations will be an advantage.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Salary ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience)
