Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a STEM Educator, located in Kolkata. The STEM Educator will develop and deliver engaging lesson plans for classroom and hands-on learning sessions. Responsibilities also include facilitating educational workshops, providing effective training,
and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. The educator will collaborate with team members to implement innovative teaching methodologies to meet educational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Lesson Planning and delivering structured educational content
- Background in Education and Teaching with a solid understanding of pedagogical methods
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in facilitating Training sessions
- Comfortable working in office in a school setting
- Ability to adapt teaching techniques to meet the diverse needs of learners
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Robotics or a related field
- Experience in community-focused or project-based learning initiatives is a plus
