We are looking for a STEM Content Analyst to join our FingerTip Formulary Team in Bangalore. This is an amazing opportunity to work on ever-growing market access field. This is a clinically oriented role which focuses on research, data entry and analysis of drug coverage. This detail-oriented role requires extreme accuracy and attention to detail

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Market Access, Managed Care, Formulary, PBM, Healthcare Market Research, or Pharmaceutical Research.
- Experience in researching and analyzing healthcare, payer, reimbursement, and formulary data from multiple sources.
- Exposure to automation tools, workflow automation, data processing automation, AI-enabled research tools, or process improvement initiatives.
- Advanced computer literacy with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong ability to understand, interpret, and analyze clinical and pharmaceutical data.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

It Would Be Great If You Also Had

- Experience supporting or participating in automation and process optimization projects.
- Familiarity with healthcare databases, market intelligence platforms, or research tools.
- Proven track record of working in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to evolving client and healthcare market demands.

What Will You Be Doing in This Role?

- Research, evaluate, interpret, and accurately enter drug coverage, formulary,



and reimbursement information into databases.
- Conduct secondary research and market intelligence activities to support formulary and market access content development.
- Analyze healthcare payer, PBM, and formulary data to identify trends, updates, and coverage changes.
- Collaborate with the FingerTip and Restrictions teams to ensure consistency in data interpretation and research methodologies.
- Collect, validate, and maintain supporting documentation for formulary and restrictions data.
- Support and contribute to automation workflows, process improvement initiatives, and AI-driven data capture projects related to FingerTip Formulary.
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, operational efficiency, and research processes through automation.

About the Team The Market Access Fingertip Formulary team is responsible for the generation and maintenance of formulary content working in close collaboration with stakeholders across Content Operations and the wider Life Science business. Our Formulary team consists colleagues based in India and USA.

Hours of Work

12PM to 9PM IST with Hybrid mode of work
