Type: Full-time, on-site | 6 days/week

Compensation: Fixed salary + performance-based incentives. The top of the ₹4–9 LPA range is reached through incentives — the better you perform, the more you earn.

Overtime: Paid overtime during peak season (September–December)

Probation: 3 months

The role

We need a hands-on Workshop Incharge to run daily production at our pizza oven workshop. We build specialized ovens from mild steel, stainless steel, bricks, tiles, and insulation. This is a floor role, not a desk role. You'll manage fabricators and helpers, check quality at every stage, handle local purchasing, and pick up tools yourself when needed.

Responsibilities

- Run daily production: assign work to fabricators/helpers, keep jobs moving
- Supervise MS/SS fabrication: measuring, cutting, grinding, welding, fitting, finishing, painting
- Oversee brick, tile, and masonry finishing work
- Check quality at each stage before work moves forward
- Handle local purchasing: source and negotiate with vendors for steel, tiles, bricks, tools, consumables; urgent purchases up to approved limits
- Keep simple daily production and purchase records in Excel
- Send daily updates to ownership via WhatsApp (photos/videos) and Google Meet
- Train, correct, and supervise workshop staff; recommend hiring/replacement
- Maintain discipline, tool care, cleanliness, and basic safety

Requirements
- 5+ years in metal fabrication / workshop production
- 2+ years supervising workers or leading a small workshop/team
- Strong MS and SS fabrication experience; comfortable with hand and power tools
- Bricks/tiles/masonry finishing experience preferred
- Basic Excel and comfortable with WhatsApp/photos/video reporting
- Workable English for reporting to ownership; Hindi for staff; Punjabi a plus
- Coachable — willing to learn our specific oven-building process
- Willing to work paid overtime in busy season (Sep–Dec)
- Willing to sign standard confidentiality/NDA terms

Aap fabricators aur helpers ki team manage karenge, har stage pe quality check karenge, local purchasing sambhalenge, aur zaroorat padne pe khud bhi tools uthayenge.

Responsibilities

- Daily production chalana — fabricators/helpers ko kaam assign karna, kaam time pe complete karwana
- MS/SS fabrication supervise karna: measuring, cutting, grinding, welding, fitting, finishing, painting
- Bricks, tiles aur masonry finishing ka kaam dekhna
- Har stage pe quality check karna, tabhi kaam aage badhe
- Local purchasing: steel, tiles, bricks, tools ke liye vendors se rate nikalwana aur deal karna; urgent purchase approved limit tak khud karna
- Excel mein simple daily production aur purchase ka record rakhna
- Ownership ko WhatsApp pe daily update bhejna (photos/videos) aur Google Meet pe baat karna
- Workshop staff ko train karna, galtiyan sudharna, supervise karna
- Workshop mein discipline, tool care, safai aur basic safety maintain karna

Requirements
- Metal fabrication / workshop production mein 5+ saal ka experience
- Workers ko supervise karne ya chhoti workshop/team chalane ka 2+ saal ka experience
- MS aur SS fabrication ka robust experience; hand tools aur power tools mein comfortable
- Bricks/tiles/masonry finishing ka experience ho toh better
- Basic Excel aana chahiye; WhatsApp pe photo/video reporting mein comfortable
- Ownership se baat karne layak English; staff ke saath Hindi; Punjabi aati hai toh plus point
- Seekhne ki ichha — humara oven banane ka apna process hai, woh seekhna hoga
- Busy season (Sep–Dec) mein paid overtime ke liye taiyaar
- Standard confidentiality/NDA sign karna hoga
