We're hiring a State Trainer for one of our esteemed clients in the EdTech sector .

Role Overview:

The State Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training, onboarding, partner enablement, and implementation support for educational solutions across schools and channel partners. This role plays a key part in ensuring successful product adoption, customer satisfaction, and long-term engagement while collaborating closely with academic and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver teacher training sessions, leadership orientations, onboarding workshops, and product demonstrations.
- Train channel partners and resellers on product features, implementation processes, and customer engagement.
- Support pre-sales activities including school demonstrations and solution presentations.
- Provide post-sales onboarding and implementation support to schools.
- Build strong relationships with school leaders, teachers, coordinators, and partners.
- Monitor product adoption and provide hands-on support during implementation.
- Maintain training records, reports, and implementation documentation.
- Share field insights to support continuous product and training improvements.

Key Skills:





- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Experience in teacher training, product training, or academic implementation.
- Solid stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- Understanding of pedagogy, digital learning, STEM, ICT, or EdTech solutions.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.

Eligibility:

- 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in EdTech, Schools, STEM, ICT, Robotics, Digital Learning, Customer Success, Academic Training, or Product Training is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in training teachers, channel partners, or implementing educational solutions will be an added advantage.

Candidates should be comfortable with extensive travel to schools, partner locations, and customer sites as per business requirements.
