Initiate and manage legal action against defaulting borrowers, including filing suits, executing decrees and warrants for recovering dues

Case & Litigation Management

Oversee the management of legal cases,



including reviewing and analyzing case files, developing case strategies, and ensuring timely and effective case resolution. Manage litigation efforts, including working with external counsel, reviewing and responding to legal documents, and ensuring compliance with court procedures.

Recovery Operations

Oversee recovery, develop recovery strategies, and ensure effective recovery of dues through executing warrants.
