Role Description The State Head role is a full-time, in office position based in Noida.

The State

Head will oversee state-level business operations, including sales planning, team management, and performance tracking for insurance products. This role involves developing and executing growth strategies, building and nurturing relationships with key partners and distributors, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Head will monitor market trends, analyze data to identify opportunities,



and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and customer experience. Regular responsibilities include reporting on state performance, mentoring team members, and driving initiatives to meet and exceed revenue and service targets.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills to lead state-level sales and operations effectively.
- Experience in sales strategy, business development, and relationship management within insurance or financial services.
- Proficiency in market analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting to guide data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of insurance products, regulatory requirements, and distribution channels in India.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Proven track record in managing regional or state-level operations and achieving aggressive growth targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple initiatives, and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
