- Quickly learn and understand the existing UI framework, implementation details, and feature set.
- Take ownership of feature development, quality improvements, and performance optimization in assigned product areas.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and fellow developers to understand user needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Contribute to the design and development of responsive, accessible, and high-performing web interfaces.
- Implement and automate end-to-end feature workflows using Python automation where required.
- Ensure code quality by adhering to best practices and maintaining self-documented, modular code.
- Participate in design discussions and contribute creative ideas to enhance user experience.
- Proactively take on additional technical responsibilities to support product evolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 10+ years of front-end web development experience.
- Robust proficiency in JavaScript/ES6, TypeScript,
and React.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS, and building responsive, cross-browser compatible interfaces.
- Familiarity with RESTful API integration and micro front-end architecture.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience with build tools such as Webpack and modern JavaScript modules (ES6+).
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript testing frameworks like Karma, Jasmine, or Jest.
- Knowledge of internationalization (i18n), localization (l10n), and security/identity-related areas.
- Experience with CI/CD processes and Jenkins pipelines.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with ExtJS framework.
- Background in developing large-scale asynchronous web applications.
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization and high-performing UI design.
- Exposure to front-end automation using Python.
