Role Description The Staff Nurse role is a full-time, on-site position based at Livasa Hospitals in Mohpa. This role involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, monitoring vital signs, administering medications and treatments, and assisting with procedures under established protocols.

The Staff

Nurse will coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals, maintain accurate patient records, and ensure adherence to infection control and safety standards.

Responsibilities also include educating patients and families on care plans, supporting rehabilitation and recovery,



and responding promptly to patient needs and emergencies. The role requires active participation in quality improvement initiatives and continuous professional development.

Qualifications

- Valid nursing qualification (e.g., GNM, B.Sc. Nursing) from a recognized institution and active registration with the appropriate nursing council.

- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration, and basic nursing procedures, with knowledge of protocols in cardiology, oncology, orthopaedics, neurology, and general medicine.

- Ability to maintain detailed and accurate medical records, follow hospital policies, and adhere to infection control, safety, and quality standards.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams, including empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity.

- Capability to work in a quick-paced hospital environment, manage multiple patients, and respond appropriately to urgent and emergency situations.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends, as required by hospital operations.

- Basic computer literacy for using hospital information systems and electronic medical records.

- Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred, especially in multi-specialty or tertiary care environments.
