o Responsible for preparation of BPR, SOPs, documents/reports and other area related documents.
o Responsible for Execution of installation, Qualification and validation of packing Area,
equipments and machines of Line-2 with coordination with QA or internal external agencies as per schedule.
o Responsible for shift handling and shift Handover of overall Packing section as needed.
o To ensure the cleaning, Operation, documentation & maintenance of packing area and
Equipments and machines as per production planning in Line- 2.
o Responsible for SAP related activities.
Planning o Manpower shift Planning as per the production plan in different shifts.
o To ensure the online documentation as cGMP along with routine log book, BPR and management of production packing activities.
o Suggest and implement continuous improvement plans especially in the area of Visual inspection and packaging.
o Co-ordination with other department for the smoother functioning of production activities.
Regulatory o To ensure GMP compliance as per the applicable National and International rules and guidelines Such as Schedule M and World Health Organization (WHO).
o Responsible for handling incident & deviation, their root cause evaluation & effective
CAPA.
o Compliance w.r.t minimize the re-occurrence of same type of incident.
o Responsible To evaluate and monitor the training need of the immediate subordinates and arrange for the on job training for the helpers and staff.
o To maintain a culture where people believe in building process capability by building functional capability (Functional capability to serve process objective).
Resources o To maintain the equipments spare parts and other consumable items as per forecasted production plan.
Communication o To discuss day to day Plan with Section manager and all concern departments.
