5+ years of experience working in a collaborative team environment including both IT and business personnel

- 1-2 years of process improvement experience, especially experience that leverages technology as part of the solution.
- 2-3 years experience developing user requirements and functional specifications for data, analytics, or data science solutions
- Experience with Life Sciences related business process domains, such as R&D;, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain is beneficial
- Ability to identify and recommend process improvements
- Ability to identify issues, independently resolve routine issues, and escalate more complex issues to a higher level
- Understanding of the data analytics offerings applicable to the business when assisting in the design of solutions
- Has knowledge of and utilizes software lifecycle methodologies
- Experience working in Agile methodology
- Robust Interpersonal, Verbal and Written Communication
