We are looking for a high-ownership Sr.

Talent

Partner to drive end-to-end hiring for Leadership and Tech roles at ShopDeck. The role requires strong sourcing ability, sharp candidate assessment, stakeholder management and the ability to close niche, high-impact mandates in a fast-paced startup environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end recruitment for Leadership, Product and Tech roles

- Work closely with founders, leadership team and hiring managers to define role requirements, target personas and hiring priorities

- Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, talent mapping and direct outreach

- Conduct initial screening conversations to assess role fitment, motivation, communication, compensation expectations and joining feasibility

- Coordinate interviews, drive timely feedback collection and ensure smooth candidate movement across stages

- Maintain accurate hiring trackers, funnel reports and recruitment dashboards

- Build talent pipelines for current and future critical mandates





- Ensure a strong and qualified candidate experience from first outreach to offer closure

What We're Looking For

- 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably across Tech, Product and/or Leadership hiring

- MBA in HR preferred

- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri and other sourcing platforms

- Ability to understand role charters, target personas and hiring manager expectations clearly

- Strong communication, follow-up and stakeholder management skills

- High ownership, speed and execution discipline

- Prior experience in startup, SaaS, e-commerce, product or technology hiring will be preferred
