- Position: Team Lead Architect / Senior High-Rise Architect

- Experience: 10 to 15+ years

- Project Scope: High-rise residential or commercial building (G+15 floors and above)

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) with valid Council of Architecture (COA) registration.

- Key Responsibilities
- Design & Execution: Lead the architectural design process from initial concept, schematic design, and statutory approvals through to Good for Construction (GFC) drawings and site execution.

- High-Rise Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to local building bylaws, National Building Code (NBC), fire safety norms, and structural/environmental clearances specific to high-rise structures.

- Multidisciplinary Coordination: Coordinate seamlessly with structural engineers, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) consultants, façade specialists, and landscape architects to resolve design clashes.

- Team Leadership: Mentor, guide,



and manage a team of junior and project architects, allocating tasks and reviewing technical output.

- Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction quality, verify design implementation, and resolve site queries.

- Required Skills & Software

- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of high-rise construction technology, contemporary building materials, and fire/wind load planning principles.

- Software Mastery: Expert command over AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), SketchUp, and 3D visualization tools (Lumion/V-Ray), alongside MS Project for scheduling.

- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication abilities to lead client and consultant meetings.
