- Provide comprehensive support for system administration and network components, including server configurations, emergency restoration services, backups, and maintenance.
- Perform and maintain Active Directory Administration.
- Supervise network communications across various platforms.
- Coordinate administration, technical, and transition activities with system administrators.
- Assist with new application implementation and hardware migration.
- Ensure proper installation and operation of systems equipment.
- Migrate existing enterprise servers to new consolidated servers.
- Integrate servers with monitoring tools and scripts to reduce downtime and enhance efficiency.
- Manage all aspects of IT, including desktop support, network support, system administration, and backups.

Who You Are and What You Bring

- 10+ years combined experience in hands-on system administration
- Experience in a large-scale, dynamic enterprise environment with production/revenue-based environment that is critically relied upon for the success of the business.
- Proven experience in system administration and network management.
- Proficiency with backup administration tools and IT general tools.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory Administration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Robust communication and coordination skills.





Technical Skillset Requirements

- Windows Systems: Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell scripting, and Windows-based backup solutions.
- Unix/Linux Systems: Experience with Unix/Linux server administration, shell scripting, and Unix/Linux-based backup solutions.
- AWS Cloud Administration: Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC), infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation), and AWS security best practices.
- Containerization and Kubernetes: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration tools.
- Application Servers and Web Servers Administration: Experience with Apache Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic, Apache HTTP Server, Nginx, and IIS.
- DevOps Practices: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, Ansible, and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- AWS Workspaces: Experience with AWS Workspaces administration, VDI environments, and AWS Workspaces security best practices.
- Nutanix Administration: Experience with Nutanix administration, including setup, configuration, and maintenance of Nutanix clusters.
- Rubrik Management: Experience with Rubrik management, including setup, configuration, and maintenance of Rubrik backup and recovery solutions.
