- Timely execution of HW, NHW, and SW orders to achieve overall revenue for the respective business unit and meeting TAT.
- 100% adherence to BIN policies and guidelines for order clearance with proper documentation/approvals.
- Coordination with various departments – Finance and Logistics – for order clearance, billing, and dispatch.
- Adherence to Marketing pricing and promotion guidelines.
- Archival and retrieval of all documents through DMS.
- Coordination with Logistics for material not available in the billing location/local warehouse.
- HSN part code updation and EOL part removal in SAP system.
- Preparation and sharing of daily, pending, and material ETA reports, as well as upgraded part reports to field teams.
- Order reconciliation for complete billing.
