Role & responsibilities

Role Purpose

Own full-cycle hiring for Operations functions in Hyderabad from intake and market mapping through to offer closure and joining while acting as a credible advisor to business stakeholders on talent availability, compensation benchmarks and hiring strategy.

Hiring Coverage The role will recruit across the following Operations functions:

- Fund Accounting / NAV Production
- Trade Settlements
- Reconciliations
- Corporate Actions
- Middle Office

1. Run intake discussions with hiring managers to define role scope, must-have skills and evaluation criteria
2. Screen and assess candidates on domain depth (fund accounting principles, settlement lifecycle, break resolution, corporate action event types), stakeholder capability and cultural alignment
3. Manage interview scheduling, panel coordination, feedback consolidation and candidate communication

Preferred candidate profile

Must Have

1. 8-14 years of talent acquisition experience,



with substantial exposure to Operations /Investment Operations hiring within asset management, fund administration, custody,investment banking operations or a BFSI GCC
2. Demonstrated ability to independently close niche and volume mandates in a competitive market
3. Solid working knowledge of the securities operations lifecycle sufficient to screencandidates on technical merit
4. Direct sourcing strength proven track record of hiring without heavy reliance on external partners
5. Confident stakeholder management with senior Operations leaders
6. Hands-on experience with an enterprise ATS (Workday, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse,
7. Taleo or similar) and data-led hiring reporting

Preferred Experience within a captive / Global Capability Centre environment

Familiarity with the Hyderabad BFSI talent landscape
