Role Description The Sr Python Developer will work on-site in Chennai in a contract position, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize backend systems that power generative AI and content intelligence solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing high-quality Python code, implementing scalable back-end web services and APIs, integrating and managing databases, and contributing to the design and architecture of software applications.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) with robust proficiency in Python.

Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including building and maintaining APIs and microservices.

Solid background in Software Development practices,



including version control, testing, and continuous integration.

Practical experience working with Databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), including design, optimization, and integration.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is beneficial.

Exposure to generative AI, machine learning frameworks, or large language models is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work collaboratively on-site, and clear written and verbal communication.
