Job Brief Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with 6-8 years hands on experience in executing Electrical and other services works in a medium to large scale projects

The Sr. Project Engineer is responsible for the following actions

- Should have executed MEP works for any Industrial and Building projects. Knowledge of Services work in Commercial projects
- Develop checklists for each activity , accordingly execute the job and establish records
- To be able to understand and correlate the MEP GFC drawings with the BOQ . Maintain the Wos, Drawings and BOQ at the site level for reference all the time
- Knowledge of the Project at the macro level and the time lines
- knowledge of at least any three of related MEP services such as PHE, FF, HVAC, FAPA, Security and Surveillance, Networking etc and the sequence of works
- Report daily activities carried out to the Project Manager




- Continually review the contractor’s construction schedule during the progress of site works with regards to MEP services and report to the Project Manager on the same
- Generate Daily and Weekly Progress reports
- Proficient in MS Office in terms of preparing RA bill abstract, Payment certificates etc
- Know-how on quantity measurements as per relevant IS
- Analyze problems in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and allied Services and formulate solutions.
- Review MEP contractor’s shop drawings in conjunction with the Structural and Architectural as builts to ensure engineering co-ordination and bring up site issues to the Project Manager
- Possess the best Interpersonal relation with all the team members, ethical values, integrity and commitment to continual improvement
- Ensure EHS compliance by all the MEP contractors and maintain records
- Positive Communication skill
