We are looking for an experienced BI Engineer with strong expertise in Power BI, SSRS, and SQL to join our Digital Products & Data Analytics team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building enterprise-grade dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders. The candidate should be a quick learner, capable of working independently, and passionate about delivering high-quality BI solutions.

Requirements Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports

Develop and maintain SSRS reports for enterprise reporting requirements

Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis

Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable reporting solutions

Work closely with data engineering and business teams to deliver reporting and analytics solutions

Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy

Troubleshoot reporting issues and implement enhancements

Support data visualization initiatives across Digital Products & Analytics teams Mandatory Skills 5-8 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence and Reporting





Strong hands-on experience in Power BI Report & Dashboard Development

Strong experience in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) Development

Strong SQL programming and analytical skills

Excellent understanding of data analysis and reporting concepts

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities Preferred Skills Experience in PySpark for ETL/Data Engineering activities

Exposure to Data Engineering concepts and ETL pipelines

Experience working in the Banking or Financial Services domain

Knowledge of enterprise data warehouse environments is an advantage Experience 5-8 Years Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who: Has excellent Power BI development expertise

Is highly proficient in SSRS development

Possesses robust SQL and analytical skills

Can independently own reporting deliverables

Learns quickly and adapts to new business requirements
