Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Sr.

Project

Manager – Electrical. The role involves leading end-to-end electrical projects, from planning and design coordination to execution, testing, and commissioning of cable trays, electrical panels, lighting poles, and related systems. The Sr.

Project

Manager will oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, and logistics, ensuring timely expediting of materials and services and adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with engineering, production, inspection, and logistics teams, managing client communication,



addressing technical issues, and driving continuous improvement in project delivery. The role also requires mentoring project staff, preparing progress reports, and supporting strategic decisions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Robust project management skills, including Project Management experience in electrical or industrial manufacturing environments.
- Experience in expediting activities, such as Expeditor responsibilities and Expediting processes to ensure on-time delivery of materials and services.
- Knowledge of inspection practices, including Inspection of electrical products, installations, and quality control procedures.
- Proficiency in Logistics Management, covering material planning, coordination with suppliers, and shipment tracking for project needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline; advanced qualifications or certifications in project management (e.g., PMP or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience managing large, complex electrical projects, preferably in manufacturing, heavy engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
- Familiarity with relevant Indian Standards for electrical panels, cable trays, and lighting poles, and strong focus on safety and compliance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams on-site.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
