Role

We are looking for a passionate and student-focused Overseas Education Counselor to join our growing team. If you have experience in international student counseling, admissions, and visa guidance, along with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Counsel students on higher education opportunities in the USA, Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and Europe.

✅ Evaluate student profiles and recommend suitable universities and academic programs based on their qualifications, career goals, and budget.

✅ Manage the complete admission process, including profile evaluation, university shortlisting, application submission, documentation, offer letters, and enrollment.

✅ Guide students in preparing SOPs, LORs, resumes, and other application documents.

✅ Assist students with visa documentation, financial requirements, interview preparation, and pre-departure support.

✅ Coordinate with international university representatives to ensure smooth admission processing and timely communication.





✅ Build strong relationships with students and parents by providing personalized counseling and regular follow-ups.

✅ Maintain accurate student records and application status using CRM systems.

✅ Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional activities to generate quality student leads.

✅ Stay updated on international admission requirements, scholarship opportunities, and immigration policies.

Eligibility

Criteria

✔ 1–2 years of experience in Overseas Education Counseling or Study Abroad Consulting.

✔ Strong understanding of international university admissions and visa processes.

✔ Experience counseling students for study destinations such as the USA, Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or Europe.

✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

✔ Ability to manage multiple student applications while meeting admission and enrollment targets.

✔ Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
