and achievements to TA leadership and business partners Data-Driven Decision Making Leverage analytics and insights to measure effectiveness and improve recruitment outcomes Implement metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement Change Management Agility Lead transformation initiatives within Talent Acquisition to adapt to evolving business needs Operate effectively in ambiguous situations and drive results in fast-paced environments Scale Pace Manage high-volume hiring while maintaining quality and speed Build scalable processes to support organisational growth Qualifications To be successful in this role you have Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AI s potential impact on the function or industry Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field Master s preferred Minimum 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 5 years in a leadership role Experience in global or large-scale recruitment operations Strong leadership capabilities with proven ability to inspire and develop teams Strategic mindset with exceptional execution skills Executive presence and ability to influence at senior levels Expertise in working within matrix organisations and managing multiple stakeholders Operational excellence and process improvement experience Highly data-driven with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
