Design & Technical Sales Support

#Stylam Industries Limited is looking for a passionate and experienced Manager / Sr. Manager – Design & Technical Sales Support to join our growing team.

Location: Delhi / Mumbai / Bangalore

Role: Team Handling | Reporting to: VP – Sales & Marketing

We are seeking a dynamic leader to head our Design & Technical Sales Support Team, supporting our premium product portfolio including Cuboid, Granex & Fascia. This role focuses on the domestic market and requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership, and customer-centric problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 9+ professionals to deliver layout drawings, BOQs, and quotations within defined TAT.

Drive team performance, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with Sales, Plant, Installation, Commercial, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Manage workflow, prioritize internal customer requirements, and ensure timely project delivery.





Provide technical guidance and strategic support for complex customer requirements.

Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual training plans for the team.

Lead solution-oriented projects from concept through execution while maintaining high-quality standards.

Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management review.

Desired Profile

12+ years of experience in Design, Technical Sales Support, BOQ preparation, and AutoCAD drafting.

Proven experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.

Robust proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting/dashboard tools.

Excellent communication, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and project management skills.

Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates from the Building Materials, Interior Products, Architectural Solutions, Laminates, Cladding, Facade, Furniture Fittings, or Related Manufacturing Industries will be preferred.
