- Position: Sr. Executive – Recruitment About the Role Podar Education Network is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sr. Executive – Recruitment to join its Corporate HR team at Mumbai. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for a group of schools and business units across multiple locations, with a strong focus on bulk hiring, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, recruitment operations, onboarding and maintaining recruitment MIS. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interviewing skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location recruitment environment, and possess the ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned schools/business units across multiple locations.

- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with School Principals, Functional Heads and HR teams for timely closures.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, campus hiring, walk-ins and other channels.
- Handle bulk hiring and multiple-position recruitment drives as per business requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening, telephonic/video interviews and competency-based assessments.
- Coordinate and manage interview schedules with School Heads, HODs and other interview panels.
- Maintain a strong and active candidate pipeline/talent pool for recurring and critical positions.
- Ensure timely follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle, from sourcing to selection and offer acceptance.




- Coordinate with HR Operations for documentation, background verification, offer processing and onboarding.
- Monitor candidate joining status and proactively manage offer dropouts, notice periods and joining risks.
- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, dashboards, trackers and hiring reports.
- Track recruitment metrics including vacancies, sourcing, interviews, selections, offers, joining ratios and TAT.
- Ensure recruitment processes and documentation are followed in accordance with organizational HR policies and SOPs.
- Support campus recruitment, job fairs, walk-in drives and other talent acquisition initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies and candidate experience.
- Handle other Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives as assigned by the reporting manager. Eligibility & Experience - Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Experience in bulk hiring, multi-location recruitment and interview management is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and onboarding coordination.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, digital hiring platforms and recruitment operations.
- Prior experience in the Education / School Industry will be an added advantage.
