Are you passionate about people, employee engagement, and building a positive workplace culture? We are looking for a Senior HR Executive who can drive HR initiatives, strengthen organizational culture, and partner with business leaders to create a productive and engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, confirmations, promotions, transfers, and employee exits.
- Drive performance management processes including KRAs, KPIs, appraisals, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
- Support organizational development and change management initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, grievance handling, counselling, disciplinary actions, and exit interviews.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour laws, and statutory requirements.




- Plan and execute employee engagement, welfare, recognition, and communication initiatives.
- Promote workplace discipline, safety, and company values.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation with complete confidentiality.

Requirements

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 5–8 years of HR experience in a manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
- Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, counselling, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Good command of English and Marathi.
