Designer to lead visual design initiatives and elevate brand communication across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who blends strong conceptual thinking with hands-on execution and can mentor junior designers while delivering high-quality creative work.

Role Overview As a Sr.

Graphic

Designer, you will take ownership of visual direction and execution for multiple brands and campaigns. You will work closely with strategy, content, and marketing teams to translate brand objectives into compelling visual narratives, while ensuring design excellence and consistency across all touchpoints. You will also play a key role in guiding junior designers, setting creative standards, and contributing to the evolution of our design processes and visual systems.

What You’ll Do Lead the conceptualisation and execution of visual design across digital and print platforms. Develop and evolve brand identities, design systems, and visual guidelines. Translate briefs and brand strategies into strong, innovative creative solutions.

Oversee and review design outputs to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment. Create high-impact creatives for campaigns,



social media, presentations, websites, and marketing materials. Collaborate closely with Key Account Manager, Content writers, and Other Designers.

Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and creative direction. Manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities with minimal supervision. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and emerging visual styles to continuously raise the creative bar.

What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design.. Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects, Figma, or motion design is a strong plus. Strong command over typography, layout systems, color theory, and visual storytelling.

Proven ability to conceptualize, present, and execute design ideas independently.

Experience in brand identity development and campaign-based design. Strong attention to detail with a high standard for quality and consistency. Ability to lead design discussions, manage feedback, and align creative outputs with business goals. A robust portfolio showcasing brand-led, strategic, and executional excellence across mediums.
