Position: Sr. Executive - Talent Acquisition

Location: Uppugal - Warangal

Experience: 5 - 8 Years

Industries: Oil

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers to ensure timely closures of open positions.
- Negotiate salary offers and prepare offer letters for selected candidates.

Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a quick-paced environment.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary :- Upto 8.00 LPA
