We are looking for a Senior Executive in Project Controlling to support project financial management by driving cost control, cash flow monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The role involves partnering with business stakeholders to ensure accurate project financials, enhance operational efficiency, and support finance transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform project cost analysis and monitor project financial performance.

- Track billed, unbilled, and unapplied cash positions, and support timely resolution.

- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Support working capital management and cash flow optimization initiatives.

- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.

- Monitor project profitability and identify financial risks.

- Support month-end close activities and financial reporting.

- Participate in finance transformation and automation initiatives.





- Collaborate with business teams to gather financial inputs and reporting requirements.

- Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and audit requirements.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance finance processes and reporting efficiency.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Finance, CA, or an equivalent qualification.

- Big 4 articleship or 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Project Controlling, FP&A;, Business Finance, Project Finance, or Financial Planning & Analysis.

- Prior experience in a consulting, shared services, or professional services environment is preferred.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory; knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems will be an added advantage.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
