Role Overview

As a Sr. Enrolment Advisor, you will drive enrolments and revenue for a premium British university's online degree and certificate portfolio - including MBA, Psychology, Digital Marketing, and other in-demand programs - with an ARPU ranging from $3,000 to $10,000. This is a high-intensity, target-driven sales role for someone with a proven ed-tech background who knows how to sell online degrees and certificates, not just counsel prospects.

This is an exciting opportunity offering a defined career pathway and excellent prospects for advancement for the right candidate.

Role Description

Reporting to the Manager, Student Enrolment in London and with local line management in India, you will be part of an international student recruitment team selling online programs on behalf of an accredited UK institution. This role is built around hardcore, high-volume sales execution: you will dial 120+ outbound calls daily, run a multi-channel cadence across phone, email, and WhatsApp, and be judged on your ability to consistently hit aggressive monthly enrolment and revenue targets.

You will manage prospects through a multi-week sales cycle - from first contact to enrolment - handling objections, and rejection along the way while staying focused on the close.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Enrolment (Primary Focus)

- Own and exceed monthly/quarterly enrolment and revenue targets across MBA, Psychology, Digital Marketing and other online programs (ARPU $3,000–$10,000).
- Dial 120+ outbound calls daily to a pipeline of inbound and marketing-generated leads — call volume is a non-negotiable input KPI, not a guideline.
- Run structured, consultative sales conversations that uncover a prospect's goals, handle objections (cost, time commitment, credibility of online degrees),

and close enrolments.
- Maintain consistent, high-quality follow-up across phone, email, and WhatsApp until a decision is reached — persistent without being pushy.
- Manage a multi-week, multi-cohort pipeline simultaneously, keeping every prospect warm and moving through the funnel.
- Handle live chat enquiries with speed and accuracy, converting real-time interest into booked calls or applications.
- Schedule and run online info sessions, webinars, and 1:1 meetings that convert prospects into enrolled students.

2. Target Management

- Perform consistently under the pressure of daily call quotas, weekly conversion targets, and month-end enrolment deadlines.
- Stay composed and solution-oriented when facing rejection, price objections, or slow-moving prospects; recover quickly and keep pipeline momentum.
- Self-prioritize a large, live pipeline daily, focusing on highest-probability-to-close leads without dropping other follow-ups.

3. Admissions Counselling

- Advise prospects on programme fit, curriculum, career outcomes, and financing/payment plan options for online programs.
- Coordinate with UK-based admissions and faculty for interviews or assessments as needed.
- Support application completion (transcripts, essays, documentation), ensuring accuracy and adherence to admissions requirements.

4. Relationship Building & Retention

- Build trust-based relationships with prospects (and, where relevant, their families or employers) that hold up across a multi-touch, multi-week sales cycle.
- Represent the voice of the Asia market back to the university and marketing teams — feeding back on objections, competitor offers, and lead quality.

5. CRM, Data & Reporting

- Log every call, email, and WhatsApp touchpoint accurately in the CRM; maintain clean, complete data on every prospect.
- Track your own conversion metrics (calls made, connects, conversions) and use data to prioritize daily activity.
- Support enrolment dashboard reporting as required.

About You — Please Apply If This Sounds Like You:

You are a hardcore sales professional who has thrived in high-volume,

high-pressure outbound environments — not just someone who enjoys customer service. You've sold online education products before (degrees, certificates, bootcamps) and understand what it takes to convert a cold or lukewarm lead into a paying student at a $3,000–$10,000 price point.

- You have carried and consistently exceeded aggressive individual sales targets in a past role — ideally in ed-tech, online degree/certificate sales, or a comparably high-pressure B2C sales environment (insurance, fintech, subscription sales).
- You can sustain 120+ outbound dials a day without burning out, and know how to work a multi-channel cadence (calls + email + WhatsApp) to keep a prospect engaged.
- You absorb pressure well — deadlines and pushback don't rattle you; you adapt and keep closing.
- You are comfortable selling premium-priced products and can confidently justify a $3,000–$10,000 investment to a prospective student.
- You are digitally savvy — fluent in CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, dialers, and virtual meeting tools.
- You can operate in a fast-changing, start-up-like environment where process is still being built.

Experience and Qualifications:

- 5+ years of hardcore sales experience, including 3+ years specifically selling online degree, certificate, or high-ticket ed-tech programs (ARPU $3,000–$10,000).
- Proven, verifiable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding high-volume outbound sales targets (calls, conversions, revenue).
- Demonstrated ability to sustain a high daily call volume (120+ dials/day) as a core, ongoing part of the role — not an occasional push.
- Experience managing a multi-channel sales cadence (phone, email, WhatsApp, live chat) with prospects across a multi-week decision cycle.
- Prior experience in ed-tech, online higher education, or online skilled certification sales strongly preferred; awareness of the UK/international online education market is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills, particularly around price, ROI, and the credibility of online qualifications.
- Resilience and composure under pressure — able to handle rejection-heavy days without a dip in performance.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot/Meritto), Microsoft Office/Excel, and WhatsApp Business tools.
- Excellent spoken and written English; proficiency in Hindi and other languages a plus.
- Bachelor's degree required.
