Key Responsibilities

- Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Ensure smooth operation and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of Air Conditioning (AC) systems.
- Handle HVAC project execution, installation, and commissioning of Clean Room Panels (CRP).
- Monitor plant utility and machinery maintenance activities.
- Maintain cleanroom HVAC systems as per GMP requirements.
- Perform HVAC calculations including heat load, airflow, pressure differentials, and air balancing.
- Operate and maintain AHU (Air Handling Units) and associated equipment.
- Maintain and monitor HEPA, Fine, and Pre Filters, including replacement schedules and integrity checks.
- Coordinate HVAC validation activities including Particle Count, Air Velocity, Differential Pressure, Temperature & Humidity Mapping.
- Maintain maintenance records, SOPs, checklists, and equipment history.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors during maintenance and project execution.




- Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and engineering standards.

Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- HVAC Certification will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 5–6 years of relevant experience in HVAC Maintenance & Projects.
- Experience in Pharma, Biopharma, Medical Device, Food Processing, or Cleanroom Manufacturing preferred.
