SR. ENGINEER PRODUCTION

Department: Production

Location: IMT Manesar, Gurugram

Reporting To: Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensure proper manpower and material handling and traceability of products.

· Maintain production output as per daily production planning.

· Support manufacturing of Blood Glucose Meter (BGM) analyzers.

· Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and PCB-level issues.

· Perform testing, calibration, and validation of analyzers.

· Ensure proper documentation of batch manufacturing records.

· Ensure preventive maintenance and high equipment uptime.

· Drive process improvements to enhance quality and productivity.

· Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA.

· Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, GMP, and ESD standards.

· Prepare engineering documentation, SOPs, and validation reports.

· Collaborate with QA, QC, R&D;,



and Maintenance teams for daily production needs.

· Ensure adherence to GMP, ISO 13485, and regulatory guidelines.

· Mentor technicians and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualification:

· B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/E&C;/Instrumentation

Experience:

· 3–8 years of experience in any industry, preferably in medical devices, electronics, or diagnostic equipment manufacturing.
