Role Description The Sr Engineer – Finishing will oversee and manage all finishing works for residential and commercial projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for coordinating with site engineers, contractors, and vendors to execute flooring, tiling, painting, carpentry, false ceiling, and other finishing activities.

The role involves reviewing drawings and specifications, preparing work schedules, monitoring progress, and resolving site-related technical issues.

Engineer – Finishing will conduct regular quality checks, ensure compliance with safety norms, and support cost control by optimizing material usage and workmanship. The position also includes reporting project status to management,



supporting handover processes, and maintaining strong communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong technical skills in finishing works, including experience with flooring, tiling, painting, carpentry, false ceilings, and related interior execution.
- Candidates should possess skills in project planning and coordination, such as scheduling, resource allocation, contractor supervision, and on-site team management.
- Candidates should possess abilities in quality assurance and control, including adherence to standards, material inspection, workmanship checks, and snag management.
- Candidates should possess skills in reading and interpreting architectural and civil drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents.
