We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Digital marketer to lead our SEO department, drive organic growth strategies, and manage client success across multiple projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO, along with proven experience in team management, client handling, and agency environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, rankings, and lead generation for clients
- Handle multiple client accounts and participate in client discussions, meetings, and performance reviews
- Coordinate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO recommendations
- Perform in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits
- Execute and optimize On-Page SEO activities, including meta tags, content optimization, internal linking, schema markup, and website structure
- Monitor and improve Technical SEO aspects such as crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, page speed, and website health
- Plan and execute Off-Page SEO activities, including backlink acquisition and authority-building strategies
- Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs,



SEMrush, and other SEO tools
- Identify growth opportunities and provide actionable SEO recommendations to clients
- Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm updates, and SEO best practices

Requirements:

- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency
- Strong experience in client handling, client communication, and stakeholder management
- Experience working with multiple clients across different industries
- Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, and Local SEO
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and similar platforms
- Ability to develop SEO strategies and drive measurable results
- Excellent analytical, leadership, presentation, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous agency experience is mandatory
- Experience managing international clients and projects will be an added advantage
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a quick-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
