Key Skills & Qualifications

n

Technical Infrastructure & Operations:

n

n
Oversee maintenance of critical facility systems such as HVAC , Backup Generators, UPS Systems, Fire Suppression System, PAC’s, Electrical Panels etc.
n
Manage facility operations and technical services for office/building infrastructure.
n
Oversee HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, DG sets, UPS, and fire safety systems .
n
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of facility equipment.
n
Supervise vendor management for AMC, repairs, and facility services.
n
Ensure statutory compliance and safety regulations (fire, electrical, building).
n
Monitor facility budgets,



maintenance costs, and service contracts .
n
Handle space management, office layout, and infrastructure planning .
n
Manage housekeeping, security, and facility staff .
n
Ensure smooth day-to-day facility operations and quick issue resolution .
n
Support energy management and cost optimization initiatives .
n

Preferred Experience

Graduate Electrical / Mechanical Engineer with 10 years of experience in Administration & Facilities Management
