Role Overview

Paisawaala is seeking energetic, enthusiastic, and target-driven Personal Loan Executives to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with personal loan products, managing end-to-end loan processing, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and provide guidance on personal loan products
n
Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for loan processing and disbursement
n
Manage customer documentation and ensure completion of required formalities
n
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and lending partners until loan closure
n




Maintain customer relationships and provide high-quality service
n
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
n
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
n

Eligibility Criteria

n

n
Experience: 0 – 6 years in Personal Loan Sales
n
Freshers with robust communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply
n
Positive negotiation and convincing abilities
n
Strong sales-oriented mindset
n
Basic understanding of financial products will be an added advantage
n
