Job descripti on:Experienced Senior Data Analyst with a strong foundation in SQL and a deep understanding of banking regulatory requirements. Proven track record of designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and systems for ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering solutions that align with business objectiv es.

Roles and Responsibilities requ ired:Led the design and implementation of data pipelines for aggregating and processing sensitive banking data.Write complex SQL queries and stored procedures to extract, transform, and load data from various sources, improving data accuracy and integ rity.Collaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, and compliance officers to ensure data quality and integrity in alignment with regulatory guidel ines.Implement data governance practices, including data lineage tracking and metadata management,



contributing to improved transparency and auditabi lity.Must be able to solve "Business Problems" related to the banking customers [In terms of non-technical scena rio].Play a pivotal role in migrating on-premises data infrastruc ture.Collaborate with compliance teams to implement robust data validation proce sses.Design and maintain data models for reporting and analytics, facilitating faster insights and decision-making for business stakehol ders.Automate data quality checks and monitoring processes, improving data reliability, and proactively identifying issues before they impact business operat ions.Participate in cross-functional meetings to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring data solutions meet the needs of various departm ents.Additional Informa tion:Strong understanding of banking regulations, including Specific Regulations or Standards, enabling seamless integration of compliance requirements into data engineering solut ions.Excellent problem-solving skills, demonstrated through successful resolution of complex data integration challenges and adherence to data quality stand ards.Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver high-quality results under tight deadl ines.
