Ecolab is seeking a Sr. Costing Analyst to join our Finance team. The Costing Analyst plays a crucial role in analyzing and controlling organizational costs to enhance profitability and efficiency. This position involves detailed cost analysis, budgeting support, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate insights effectively.

What you will do:

- Conduct detailed cost analysis.
- Prepare reports on cost trends, variances, and other profitability metrics.
- Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes
- Investigate discrepancies between actual and budgeted/standard costs.
- Partner with, supply chain: procurement, logistics, manufacturing teams to gather data and get insights
- Effectively communicate costing impacts to Divisions
- Monitor inventory valuation through the year




- Ensure adherence to internal accounting policies and SOX compliance

Minimum Qualifications:

- Business fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Bachelor s degree in finance and / or accounting or relevant business experience
- 5 Years of experience in Finance
- 1 year of experience supervising others
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze and summarize data and draw meaningful conclusions
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Familiarity with Power BI
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity/flexibility in collaborating with people of different backgrounds
- Result oriented, proactive, and possesses a high level of integrity.
