Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Engineer – Execution with strong hands-on experience in

Mivan construction technology for residential high-rise projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site execution, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of structural and finishing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and supervise Mivan formwork, RCC, and structural works.

- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

- Monitor Mivan cycle time and achieve construction milestones.

- Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and subcontractors.

- Ensure quality checks for reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and finishing works.

- Plan manpower, materials, and equipment for uninterrupted site execution.





- Maintain daily progress reports and resolve site execution issues.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company quality procedures.

- Verify measurements and monitor contractor work for timely billing.

Requirements

- Mandatory experience in Mivan residential high-rise projects.

- Strong knowledge of RCC, aluminium formwork systems, concrete technology, and finishing works.

- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.

- Valuable leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
