Role Description The Aptitude Trainer will deliver engaging, concept-oriented training sessions focused on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability to learners preparing for competitive exams and professional assessments. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lesson content, designing practice questions and assessments, evaluating learner performance, and providing constructive feedback to support individual progress. The trainer will collaborate with academic coordinators to refine curriculum, align content with industry and exam standards, and contribute to the development of learning materials such as worksheets, mock tests, and digital resources.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad,



requiring consistent classroom presence and active participation in student mentoring and doubt-clearing sessions.

Qualifications

7 Years of experience and Strong expertise in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and data interpretation, with the ability to explain concepts in a explicit and structured manner.

Proficiency in verbal ability, reading comprehension, and vocabulary-building techniques suitable for competitive exams and assessments.

Experience designing teaching materials, practice sets, and assessments, including the use of basic digital tools and learning platforms.

Effective classroom management skills, including facilitation, learner engagement, and the ability to adapt teaching style to diverse groups.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on clarity, patience, and learner-centered delivery.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in Mathematics, Engineering, Management, or related fields is an advantage.

Prior experience training students for campus placements, competitive exams, or aptitude tests is highly beneficial.

Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, maintain a consistent teaching schedule, and collaborate with the academic team on course improvements.
