The Prospect

- CMDB/application security attribute gap tracker and remediation status.
- Application inventory completeness and accuracy reporting.
- Application risk tiering and high-risk application tracking.
- Exception/waiver aging and closure status reporting.
- Monthly posture metrics and executive-ready status summaries.
- Audit readiness documentation and supporting evidence.

What Are We Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Application Security, IT Risk, Security Governance, Vulnerability Management, CMDB governance, SaaS security, or related security operations roles.
- Working knowledge of application security concepts, including inventory, ownership, criticality, internet exposure, authentication, data sensitivity, vulnerabilities, and exception management.
- Experience with ServiceNow CMDB or similar application inventory/governance platforms.

Strong analytical skills with ability to review large datasets, identify gaps, and convert findings into transparent action trackers.
- Proficiency with Excel; experience with Power BI, ServiceNow reporting, or other dashboarding tools preferred.
- Strong written communication, documentation, and follow-up skills for global stakeholder coordination.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with SSPM, CASB, DLP, WAF, vulnerability management, or application security dashboarding tools.




- Familiarity with ServiceNow business application records, application services, data certification, or attestation workflows.
- Understanding of OWASP, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, or similar security frameworks.
- Relevant certifications such as Security+, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP, ISO 27001, or cloud/security certifications are a plus.
