8+ years total, 5+ years hands-on GenAI/ML | Bangalore The role

You'll own the architecture for AI/ML systems that actually run in production, not just in notebooks. That means designing the pipelines, picking the stack, getting models deployed, and keeping them healthy once they're live. You'll also be the person the team comes to when something breaks or a design call needs to be made.

This is a build role. If you like being close to the code and the data, you'll fit.

What you'll do

- Architect end-to-end AI/ML systems in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch and scikit-learn. Cloud, on-prem, or both.
- Build distributed data pipelines on Spark and Kafka for real-time analytics and heavy ingestion.
- Ship models across classical ML, deep learning, NLP and time series forecasting using Spark MLlib, XGBoost and LightGBM. Wire them into PostgreSQL and Databricks.
- Set up deployment and monitoring with Airflow and Bash so releases are automated, not manual.
- Design and build REST API integrations so AI components talk cleanly to the rest of the enterprise stack.
- Mentor the team. Level people up on Python, R and SQL,



and make sure knowledge doesn't sit with one person.
- Work directly with stakeholders to turn business asks into an architecture that holds up.

Must have
- Deep hands-on AI/ML model development: classical ML, deep learning, NLP, time series.
- Robust Python. Comfortable with SQL. R and Bash for automation.
- TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, XGBoost, LightGBM.
- Distributed computing and data engineering: Apache Spark, Spark MLlib, Kafka, Databricks.
- PostgreSQL and MySQL in real ML workflows, not just theory.
- Track record designing secure, scalable architectures end to end.
- GenAI depth: Agentic AI, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, LLMs, vector databases.

Good to have
- RabbitMQ, Apache Airflow.
- Experience running or leading a small technical team.
