Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Manager to oversee the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial management, team handling, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and statutory compliances.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger.
- Ensure timely financial reporting, audits, and compliance with accounting standards.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.




- Lead and mentor the accounts team while ensuring process efficiency.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); CA Inter/M.Com/MBA (Finance) preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in accounting and finance, with team management experience.
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, Advanced Excel, and ERP/accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial priorities.

Pay: ₹60,965.63 - ₹85,727.76 per month
