The ideal candidate will guide students in choosing the right academic programs, provide admission support, and help them achieve their higher education goals. Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding higher education opportunities in India and abroad.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds and career goals.
- Recommend suitable universities, colleges, and programs.
- Handle student inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Assist students throughout the admission process, including documentation and application submission.
- Coordinate with universities and internal teams to ensure smooth processing.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and prepare daily reports.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in academic counselling, education consulting, sales, or customer relationship management (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to counsel and convince students professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in study abroad or educational consultancy.
- Knowledge of international admissions and visa processes.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi, Kannada, or Malayalam is an added advantage.
