Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sports Consultant who understands the Indian sports ecosystem and can help design, position and implement technology-led sports programmes.

The candidate will work with government departments, federations, academies, institutions and implementation partners to identify challenges, develop solutions, prepare proposals and support projects from consultation through execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Design programmes for grassroots participation, talent identification, athlete development, coaching and competition management.
- Conduct stakeholder consultations, requirement-gathering workshops and operational assessments.
- Engage with government sports departments, sports authorities, federations, academies and institutional partners.
- Prepare concept notes, proposals, presentations, tenders, RFP responses and implementation plans.
- Convert sports-sector requirements into practical digital and AI-enabled solutions.
- Work closely with MyFitMantra’s product, technology, AI and implementation teams.
- Identify business opportunities with government bodies, schools, universities, academies, federations and corporate organisations.
- Support project planning, stakeholder coordination, implementation monitoring and management reporting.




- Represent MyFitMantra at industry events, conferences, meetings and project presentations.

Required Experience
- 2–10 years of experience in sports consulting, sports management, sports administration, government advisory, sports technology or programme management.
- Experience working with government sports departments, sports authorities, federations, academies, schools, universities or sports consulting organisations.
- Solid understanding of the Indian sports ecosystem, including grassroots and elite sports.
- Experience in stakeholder management, proposal preparation, project coordination and business development.
- Ability to work with senior government officials, sports administrators, coaches and technology teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, Business Administration, Public Policy or a related field.
- Familiarity with initiatives such as Khelo India, TOPS, Fit India and state sports programmes.
- Exposure to sports technology, AI, video analytics, data analytics or athlete-management platforms.
- Existing network within the Indian sports ecosystem will be an advantage.
