Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about helping individuals improve their communication, speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities while working closely with children, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualised therapy plans based on each client's needs.
- Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions and monitor client progress.
- Educate and guide parents and caregivers on home-based intervention strategies.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports.




- Collaborate with psychologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, special educators, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary treatment planning.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing quality client care.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
