Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Speech Therapist role based in Bengaluru South.

The Speech

Therapist will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders across different age groups. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering therapy sessions, and monitoring patient progress. The role involves working closely with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care.

Therapist will also maintain accurate clinical documentation,



participate in case discussions, and follow relevant clinical protocols and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications - Demonstrated expertise in Speech Therapy, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

- Strong knowledge of speech and communication disorders, with the ability to design appropriate intervention strategies.
- Experience working with language disorders and dysphagia, including management of swallowing and related communication challenges.
- Recognized degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent qualification, with relevant professional registration or eligibility as per local regulations.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach and respect for diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and manage a clinical caseload independently.
- Prior clinical experience in hospital, clinic, or rehabilitation settings is an advantage.
- Commitment to ongoing professional learning and adherence to evidence-based practice.
