Specialist as Operational Product Managers supports Franchise Product Managers and Project Managers in execution of tasks related to Product Lifecycle management by collaborating with Cross-functional teams using various systems for Discovery Solutions Business.

Responsibilities
- Review product setup completeness, Master data completeness and correctness.
- Support master data management including data review, data cleansing, data enrichment and data consistency checks.
- Review PIM data compilation and data cleansing.
- Trouble shoot Web PDP data.
- Support Portfolio initiatives like Back-order clearance, Global extension and Lost source trouble shooting.
- Project Management Support - supporting the PMO (creating dashboards, collecting all needed data, setting up meetings, sending reminder, etc).
- Meeting the SLA and TAT as per the agreed guidelines with the Stakeholders.
- Accountable for meeting and maintaining defined standards for quality and productivity.
- Ensure that internal customers requirements are met on timely basis.
- Demonstrate valuable process knowledge within the process on all the activities.
- Support the team with Efficiency gains through various Process improvement projects.
- Assist Manager and Team with ISO and other additional activities.
- This position has no supervisory responsibility nor require any Business Travel.
Qualifications
- Education: Postgraduate in Life Sciences from a reputed University.
- Experience: 5-7 Years in Scientific Industry.
Skills
- Scientific Knowledge - In-Depth Proficiency and Functional Command Expected Over Life Science Subject.
- Understanding of Roles and Responsibilities of Business Operations.
- In-Depth Proficiency with Internet and E-mail.
- Office 365 Tools (Excel, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint) - Ability to Set Up Complex Database Queries.
- Data Analytics Tools (Power BI, Tableau, Python, Palantir) - Ability to Analyze Business Reports.
