Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Develop and optimize microservices and event-driven solutions using Kafka.

- Create high-performance APIs and integration services.

- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver business requirements.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvements.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical design discussions.

Required Skills

- Experience: 7+ Years.

- Strong experience in Java application development.

- Expertise in Spring Framework / Spring Boot and Maven.

- Strong understanding of Kafka and event-driven architecture.

- Experience designing and developing microservices-based applications.

- Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs.

- Good understanding of software design patterns, multithreading, and performance optimization.





- Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.

- Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices, Git, and Agile methodologies.

- Good to Have: Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, Rancher, and Kubernetes.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Experience with monitoring and logging tools.

- Knowledge of distributed systems and messaging patterns.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
