Open Positions (Full-time & Part-time):

1. Shadow Teacher Inclusive Education Support

- Work 1-on-1 with a child in a mainstream or international school
- Support academic, behavioral, and social development
- Help students adapt and integrate into classroom settings

1. Behavior Modification Therapist Home-Based Therapy

- Conduct customized behavior therapy sessions at home
- Use evidence-based techniques to support developmental needs
- Ideal for children with Autism, ADHD, and behavioral challenges

1. Remedial Teacher – Academic Intervention at Home

- Provide personalized tutoring for children with learning difficulties
- Use remedial strategies to support literacy, numeracy, and core concepts
- Ideal for school-going or home-schooled children

1. Special Educator – Home & School Support

- Deliver academic instruction using special education methodologies
- Create and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Plans)
- Support learning for children with Autism, Down Syndrome, and more

1. Home Schooling Educator – Personalized Learning Facilitator

- Take complete academic responsibility for a child being home schooled




- Design and implement structured lesson plans across subjects
- Use creative teaching methods and learning aids
- Collaborate with parents and therapists for holistic development
- Ensure curriculum alignment (CBSE/ICSE/IGCSE or customized)

Who Can Apply?

Qualifications:

- B.A/M.A in Psychology B.Ed/M.Ed in Special Education, Psychology, Human Development, or relevant fields
- ECCEd / Montessori Training preferred
- RCI Certification (for certain roles) is a plus

Experience:

- 0–1 years (Freshers welcome with the right mindset)
- Experience with children with Autism, Down Syndrome, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, or developmental delays

Key Skills:

- Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities
- Empathy, patience, and creativity
- Strong interest or experience in home schooling, inclusive education, and personalized learning

Job Locations:

- Across Mumbai – Western, Central, Harbour Lines
- Home-based, school-based, and home schooling roles available

Working Hours:

- Full-time (8 - 9 hrs/day)
- Part-time & flexible timing options
